CHALLENGE
With the popularity of e-commerce today, there is a greater need than ever for brick-and-mortar stores to improve shopping experiences and increase footfall. Suntec City needed a unique proposition to get shoppers excited about dining, shopping and spending time at the mall.

DUO’S TASK
In using social media to disrupt our audiences, we want to inject good vibes into their feed to perk them up and brighten up their day. Our goal was to position Suntec City as a trendy mall that people will feel excited to go to, by developing monthly themes and content that speaks to the needs of our audiences and motivate them to come back for more. We want shoppers to look forward to spending time at Suntec City, for there’s never a dull moment with us.

OUR CREATIVE APPROACH
With our proposition “let’s put the SUN back in Suntec”, we are all about bright and vibrant colours that stand out on feeds, distinct monoweight illustration styles with fun and light-hearted subject matters and conversations that connect with our audience.
