Brief: 
To drive the authenticity and quality service at Nara Thai Singapore, and to use social as a platform to constantly be top of mind in potential customers' eyes.

Approach:
To create a constant stream of "food porn" content; as well as content that goes behind the scenes to show authentic Thai quality ingredients, and that the menu was crafted (and loved) by Thai staff. Periodic promotions were also driven through social media to drive sales and awareness during campaign periods.

Results:

  • 200% uplift in community growth in 1 year
  • 220% increase in engagement rates
